Automotive Finance Manager

The Automotive Finance Manager position at Performance Automotive Bountiful is an on-site opportunity in Bountiful, Utah. The role centers on guiding customers through financing options, processing applications, assessing credit, negotiating with lenders, and delivering a premier customer experience throughout the dealership process.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and loan options with professionalism and confidence.
• Process cash, finance, and lease applications while ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations, including TILA.
• Review and analyze credit applications to determine eligibility and structure deals accordingly.
• Negotiate with lenders to secure the most favorable terms for customers.
• Present and promote additional protection products, warranties, and services that enhance ownership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless deal flow from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate and organized records using dealership finance software.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to determine the best products for customers.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience from initial contact to final signature.

Requirements

• 3+ years of F&I management experience is required.
• Gross PPD of $2,500 or more.
• Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• All Performance Automotive employees must pass a substance screening.
