Automotive Finance Manager

Honda of Jefferson City is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to support customers through the vehicle financing and vehicle protection product process. This onsite role focuses on compliance, profitability, and maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers.
• Arrange vehicle financing through lenders and financial institutions.
• Structure deals to support maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in accordance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Maintain relationships with lending institutions and other finance sources.
• Review customer credit applications to identify and recommend financing options.
• Achieve departmental performance goals related to product penetration and profitability.
• Provide a transparent, professional, and customer-focused experience throughout the financing process.
• Coordinate with sales management to support smooth vehicle deliveries.
• Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Previous automotive Finance Manager (F&I) experience preferred, though not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed finance and product sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and finance software.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Compensation

USD 85,000 - 200,000 per year
