Automotive Finance Manager

Eagle Auto Group is hiring a full-time, in-person Automotive Finance Manager in Eagle River, WI. If you enjoy driving performance in finance while keeping the customer experience front and center, this role combines monthly goal management, hands-on support during vehicle purchases, and collaboration across sales and service. You will also benefit from a salary plus commission structure with monthly bonuses, along with comprehensive insurance and paid time off.

What you’ll do

• Set and work toward monthly finance and insurance goals tied to automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks
• Review each car buyer’s needs and determine whether financing and payment options apply before presenting suitable auto finance plans
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as a finance director and/or manager committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Support the auto sales manager through each vehicle purchase and identify opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations while preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions
• Manage finance department supply inventory, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Attend manager meetings as requested
• Greet and assist customers as part of daily operations

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Auto finance experience
• RV finance experience
• Sales Manager Experience

Compensation and schedule

Job type: Full-time (in person)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Experience: Finance (2 years required)

Location: Eagle River, WI 54521 (onsite). Ability to commute and relocate before starting work is required.
