DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager for the Rockville location. In this role, you will lead the customer finance process, present and sell finance and warranty products with a focus on compliance, and help drive strong customer experience reflected in top-tier CSI scores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process, both in-person and through digital retailing tools
• Present and sell finance and warranty products with confidence and compliance
• Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals
• Secure lender approvals and ensure title paperwork is accurate and on time
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and consistent client satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance on DMV laws and applicable finance regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners

What you bring

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance
• Professional, confident menu presentations
• Comfort working evenings and Saturdays
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and a clean record
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
