Job Description
Santa Barbara Honda in Santa Ynez, CA is seeking an Automotive Finance Producer to guide customers through financing, present F&I products, and structure deals with lenders.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding financing options with transparency and empathy
- Create and structure deals while coordinating with lenders to identify the best fit for each customer
- Present F&I products, including warranties, GAP, and insurance, in a consultative, pressure-free manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery experience
Requirements
- Experience in automotive F&I or financial services
- People-first approach with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
- California DMV Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
