Job Description
Stellantis is seeking a Brand & Pricing Finance Specialist to join its Auburn Hills, Michigan team on site. In this role, you will own the profitability of a designated vehicle line by partnering closely with Brand Management and Sales Operations, with a focus on pricing, trim and option mix, and incentives, while overseeing the Dodge Brand Portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance partner to Brand Management, supporting all commercial initiatives as the Finance representative.
- Drive competitive pricing initiatives for the assigned vehicle line(s).
- Lead financial analysis and support strategy development to meet brand and vehicle-line financial targets.
- Develop and present monthly KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to senior Brand leadership and the Brand CEO.
- Collaborate with the Brand to prepare and evaluate business cases covering product change proposals, trim and option mix, volume, and more; propose alternative strategies when proposals are not financially sound.
- Support Commercial Committee presentations and preparation through financial analysis.
What you’ll do
- Join a dynamic Sales & Marketing team within Finance and act as the main finance partner for a vehicle line, collaborating with Brand and Sales Operations to drive profitability through pricing and trim strategies.

- Gain insight into the US retail auto market at detailed levels of pricing, mix, volume, incentives, and competitive benchmarking.
- Understand the full spectrum of commercial and related industrial aspects for a vehicle line and Brand.
- Analyze how incentives and pricing influence sales and decision making across the organization.
- Learn to evaluate Stellantis and competitive data using multiple internal and external data sources.
