Job Description
The F&I Manager role at Safford Automotive Group focuses on structuring auto finance deals, presenting F&I products, and ensuring compliant funding while supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the structuring and closing of automotive finance transactions, ensuring terms are accurate and aligned with policy.
- Present and upsell F&I products to customers, tailoring options to individual needs.
- Verify funding and ensure compliance on deals with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I experience.
- Strong deal structuring and product sales capabilities, with attention to regulatory requirements and ethics.
- Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach.
