Finance Manager

An experienced Finance Manager is needed at #1 COCHRAN WEST HILLS NISSAN in Coraopolis, PA 15108 for an onsite role supporting the West Hills Nissan showroom. In this position, you will help customers arrange vehicle financing, present additional products that support their ownership experience, and manage deals through approval, funding, and compliance.

You will structure deals for strong results, handle required documentation, and maintain the certifications and proficiency needed to support a smooth lending process and timely contract funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in arranging financing for vehicle purchases and present additional products designed to enhance the vehicle and ownership experience
• Structure deals to support maximum profitability
• Apply knowledge of title laws and the registration process
• Maintain proficiency and complete required certifications for the position
• Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively
• Ensure each deal is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Support expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive finance experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proven record of product sales and finance penetration
• Strong relationships with lending institutions, with references
• PA Notary license is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including negotiation and presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers USD 140,000 - 160,000 per year and a benefits package that includes a full complement of health insurance benefits, Paid Time Off immediately (12, 16, 20 days annually), paid holidays, and a 401(k) with Company match.
