Overview

As a member of Seminole Harley Davidson's finance team, the Finance Professional contributes to the organization’s financial health and strategic growth by applying expertise in analysis, reporting, and planning within a dynamic, fast paced environment. The role emphasizes delivering precise financial insights, supporting regulatory standards, and enabling data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial projection models to inform strategic planning and forecasting efforts.
• Prepare, interpret, and assess financial statements in alignment with GAAP and IFRS.
• Perform variance analyses to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and assist with internal audits related to financial reporting.
• Oversee corporate accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, account analysis, and month-end close.
• Leverage business intelligence tools and financial reporting software to generate actionable reports for management review.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements and contribute to the development of financial reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, cost accounting, pricing strategies, and investment analyses.
• Contribute to the creation of financial models that underpin growth initiatives and investment decisions.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and financial insight.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial software, and data analysis tools with proficiency in Excel.
• Extensive experience with financial statement preparation, interpretation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of IFRS, GAAP, regulatory reporting standards, and technical accounting principles.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis reporting, profit and loss management, and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance protocols and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to develop complex financial models including forecasting models that support strategic planning efforts.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in account analysis and financial report writing.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate finance functions such as pricing strategies, investment evaluation, and cost management.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills combined with robust business intelligence capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for clear interpretation of financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
