Job Description
The Financial Systems Analyst role sits within the Finance Systems organization, partnering with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to administer and improve enterprise financial planning and consolidation capabilities. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle HFM, Essbase, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including consolidations, translations, eliminations, and journal processing.
- Manage system configuration and components such as metadata, business rules, calc scripts, reporting elements, and period open/close settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data anomalies, consolidation problems, and reporting irregularities.
- Coordinate UAT, maintain system documentation, and support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering Oracle HFM, Essbase, or comparable EPM platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial close processes, consolidations, and accounting concepts.
- Hands-on experience with metadata management, business rules, calc scripts, and data integration flows.
- Experience troubleshooting complex system or data issues.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.
Technology and Compliance Focus
Work will center on Oracle HFM, Essbase, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) alongside SOX compliance and audit readiness expectations.

- Pay range: USD 42 per hour (USD 42.81/hr listed pay range)
