Job Description
Bank of America seeks an entry-level Financial Solutions Advisor in Santa Clarita, CA. The role emphasizes obtaining securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66), cultivating client relationships, and delivering end-to-end banking and investment solutions, with potential progression to Stage II.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Acquire new client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Develop and nurture ongoing client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Manage client relationships to ensure consistent service quality.
- Assess clients' complex financial situations to inform recommendations.
- Provide guidance and solutions to help clients pursue their financial objectives.
- Deliver Bank of America core banking and investment solutions with a focus on client care in a financial center.
- Offer end-to-end comprehensive financial advice.
- Present client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Recommend strategies to help clients reach their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to align solutions.
- Connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions to address most financial needs.
- Build a network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients to grow the business.
- Leverage relationships to expand the business through the Bank of America household network.
- Apply a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-discipline in time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Proven ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on clients' interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
