Job Description
Bank of America in Seattle, WA offers an on-site pathway designed to develop your securities licensing credentials and client advisory skills. This Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I role provides robust training, one-on-one coaching, and a clear progression to Stage II as you help clients meet their financial goals. The position carries a competitive hourly pay of USD 28 to 33 and places you in a collaborative environment with our core banking and Merrill solutions teams to address a wide range of client needs.

Responsibilities
- Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and complete exams within stated timelines, with SIE within 30 days and Series 7 and 66 within 120 days (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Build and manage client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures and guiding clients with thoughtful advice and solutions while maintaining a human-centered approach.
- Begin in a financial center to deliver Bank of America core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrated success, expanding relationships within a client portfolio.
- Participate in Academy programs, tools, and resources that support career development.
- Register with the SAFE Act and complete the required background check and registration process; non-compliance may lead to termination.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet a broad range of financial needs.
- Provide comprehensive, end-to-end advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Grow your network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients to expand business opportunities.
- Enhance your knowledge through a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions.

- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Schedule
- Work days: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required.
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
- Hours per week: 40.
- Typical schedule examples include shifts such as 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
