Job Description

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate to deliver tailored financial guidance to clients from an on-site location in Chesapeake, VA. The role may involve residential mortgage loan activity and SAFE Act registration, requiring active engagement with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients plan short- and long-term objectives by crafting a financial plan that may include brokerage options such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, along with banking and managed money solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with each client’s goals and needs.
  • Triages client requests and refers them to appropriate internal service providers based on client requirements and asset thresholds.
  • Incorporate risk management into daily activities to protect client interests.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for obtaining the required industry licenses.
  • Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Proven ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on the client’s interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
