Position Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for constructing finance arrangements and generating revenue through the sale of aftermarket options such as extended service contracts, gap waivers, tire and wheel plans, and maintenance programs. This role entails completing all documents tied to the sales transaction to secure proper funding and timely payoffs, while guaranteeing adherence to relevant laws and dealership policy.

Responsibilities

• Present the complete range of dealership products to every customer consistently.
• Document each deal from initiation to closure with accuracy.
• Submit all required paperwork to secure financing for customers in a timely manner.
• Aim to have deals funded within four days at most.
• Maintain clean credit information and comply with credit standards.
• Contact lending banks to rework terms for better approvals and maximize profitability.
• Adhere to processes governing the handling, securing, and safeguarding of all documents.
• Ensure completion of Red Flag checks, OFAC, and RBPN verifications.
• Provide full disclosure of all products to customers using the dealership’s menu-style presentation.
• Follow policies related to credit applications and privacy notices.
• Maintain an accurate ledger for all products sold.
• Generate monthly penetration reports and review findings with the General Manager.
• Manage all documents associated with a vehicle transaction, including monies due.
• Verify payoff amounts to ensure timely title processing.
• Consistently meet monthly objectives.

Requirements

Compensation
