Experienced Automotive Finance Manager

This on-site role is based in Seaford, Delaware and leads the automotive finance function for Hertrich Family of Dealerships, overseeing vehicle financing, deal structuring, presenting finance options to customers, and driving profitability within regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all vehicle financing activities and deal structuring
• Optimize profitability of finance and insurance products and services
• Present and upsell finance and protection options to customers
• Cultivate strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Ensure timely funding and completion of deals
• Maintain full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Manage lender mix and meet monthly performance targets
• Oversee the efficient workflow within the finance office

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I management experience
• Proven F&I performance, for example 1,000+ per copy preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Stable work history and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
• Ability to meet licensing requirements
• Computer proficiency, with DealerTrack experience considered a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
