Job Description

Senior sales leadership role in Dallas, TX (hybrid), overseeing a regional Practice Finance team to originate and expand specialty healthcare lending relationships, with a salary range of USD 143,905 - 169,300 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and grow the regional team of Business Development Officers (BDOs), delivering coaching, performance oversight, and daily leadership
  • Execute the regional business development plan to achieve loan growth, revenue, and profitability targets for the Practice Finance portfolio
  • Set clear performance metrics and enforce accountability across activity levels, pipeline, and production, including calls, applications, commitments, and funded volume
  • Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Executives to ensure smooth client handoffs and maximize cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and sustain relationships with healthcare industry centers of influence, associations, and referral networks
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to shape strategy and uphold market leadership
  • Maintain deep expertise in healthcare commercial credit solutions, including Practice Finance and SBA programs
  • Grow portfolio profitability while managing risk and ensuring alignment with underwriting standards
  • Represent the organization in the market, traveling with BDOs and attending industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in banking or financial services
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare practice finance lending and underwriting policies
  • Sophisticated expertise in sales strategy, business development, and relationship management
  • Solid understanding of banking products, operations, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record partnering with internal stakeholders and external referral networks
  • Established relationships with healthcare industry centers of influence
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • High level of professional judgment, tact, and influence
