Job Description
Join Tarrytown Honda in Westchester County as an Automotive Finance Manager and tap into a performance‑driven compensation model within a family‑oriented, open‑door culture. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the dealership and lending partners to secure favorable financing terms.
- Utilize a menu‑based selling approach to present financial services clearly and transparently to every customer.
- Ensure every customer progresses to the Finance stage with a smooth, compliant handoff.
- Monitor and manage lender portfolios to maintain strong relationships and performance.
- Review daily workflow of the department to ensure timely deal turnarounds and document accuracy.
- Support the sales team while safeguarding the dealership's broader interests and goals.
- Model professional ethics and superior customer service to drive CSI results.
- Plan and conduct ongoing one‑on‑one and group trainings with Sales staff and Managers.
- Maintain adherence to the company F&I reporting requirements and regulatory standards.
- Uphold all Federal, State, Local, and company safety rules in daily duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a Finance Manager at a reputable, high‑volume dealership.
- Honda experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of training and developing colleagues.
- Process‑driven mindset with the ability to initiate, implement, and monitor procedures.
- Dedicated commitment to customer service and a passion for coaching and development.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and attention to detail.
- Computer‑savvy, team oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- CDK experience is preferred.
