Finance and Insurance Manager

The role guides customers through the financing journey, structures deals, and ensures compliance with applicable financial regulations throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in automotive sales, financial services, and customer relationship management, delivering professional service with energy to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end finance and insurance workflow, including loan approvals, transaction structuring, and contract preparation to streamline vehicle sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, upselling insurance products, and clearly explaining financing options.
• Manage loan processing, credit analysis, title processing, and deal structuring to maintain accuracy and efficiency across the sales cycle.
• Lead negotiation sessions with customers to close deals while complying with dealership policies and financial regulations.
• Keep current on automotive industry regulations, compliance requirements, and changes in credit laws to ensure all transactions meet legal standards.
• Utilize financial software for credit applications, transaction tracking, and documentation management; perform basic math calculations accurately for deal analysis.
• Head training initiatives for staff on automotive financing procedures, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Proven success in customer relationship management (CRM), upselling insurance products, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong background in financial services such as credit analysis, transaction structuring, loan officer experience, and deal negotiation.
• Familiarity with automotive financing software systems and proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry.
• Knowledge of financial regulatory compliance standards related to auto loans, including credit reporting laws and contract management.
• Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and deal structures accurately under pressure.
• Ability to interpret contracts clearly while ensuring adherence to all legal requirements within the automotive sales industry.
