Job Description
Responsibilities
- Present financing options, warranty solutions, and protection products to customers with clarity and professionalism
- Structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership profitability goals
- Submit lender paperwork and secure loan approvals
- Maintain lender relationships and stay current on available programs
- Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closure and delivery timelines
- Maintain a high CSI and deliver a positive customer experience from sale to delivery
- Accurately finalize contracts and funding paperwork
- Explain finance documents to customers in a clear and friendly manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive F&I experience preferred
- Ability to obtain or hold a Pennsylvania Salesperson License from the Department of State
- Strong working knowledge of dealership finance, lending practices, and compliance
- Experience with menu-style selling and product presentation
- Ability to maintain high closing ratios while delivering customer-focused service
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Professional communication and leadership presence
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type & Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Five-day workweek with Sundays off

Salary Range
- Base range: USD 80,000 - 140,000 per year
- Compensation includes commission and performance incentives; earnings vary by experience and results
- Unlimited earnings potential with no commission cap
