Finance Manager

Stuckey Automotive in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department, drive financing results, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the sales process. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, cultivating strong customer relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to secure timely funding for auto loans, all while managing the CRM and advancing dealership goals. This on-site position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Define finance targets, monitor progress, and guide the team to meet or exceed quotas.
• Step in to address customer questions and resolve issues as needed to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster customer relationships and manage the CRM to retain clients and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong focus on overall customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and maintenance of the dealership's social media presence.
• Negotiate favorable terms with lenders to maximize approval rates and profitability.
• Educate customers on financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products.
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
• Ensure the timely funding of all auto loans.
• Report to the Finance Director.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales is required.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Experience in F&I management or automotive sales.
• Demonstrated success in automotive sales.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in F&I software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license required.
