Payroll & Finance Generalist (Immediate Opening)

St. Michael-Albertville School District in Albertville, Minnesota, is seeking an on-site Payroll and Finance Generalist for an immediate contract opportunity. In this role, you will process payroll and finance data, maintain accurate personnel records, and support annual audits and department reporting, all while upholding strict confidentiality and delivering dependable service to staff. The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and finance data.
• Enter and maintain accurate personnel data.
• Perform other payroll and finance related duties.
• Assist with annual financial audits and department reporting.
• Provide high-level customer service to employees and staff on payroll and related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee matters and ensure all duties comply with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Two years of post-secondary schooling in business or accounting or related experience in accounting or finance.
