We are seeking a high-performing finance professional to join our experienced leadership cadre. Responsibilities

  • Explain financing options, extended warranties, GAP coverage, and protection products to customers
  • Help customers secure financing terms that are competitive
  • Review and process credit applications with accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with lenders to obtain approvals and structure deals effectively
  • Meet and exceed finance performance goals and customer satisfaction standards
  • Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and lending partners

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales or finance experience is strongly preferred
  • Goal-driven, competitive mindset with solid closing ability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
