Responsibilities

  • Client consultations to understand goals, aspirations, and concerns
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement
  • Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect assets and income
  • Monitor financial plans and provide updates, adjusting strategies as circumstances change
  • Build and sustain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust with clients
  • Must obtain licenses such as Series 6, Series 63, and state insurance licenses; training and sponsorship are available
