Financial Manager

All Asset Property Management is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee core financial operations, strengthen fiscal planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role supports organizational growth through financial strategy, reporting, risk management, and treasury oversight.

Financial Operations & Strategy

The Financial Manager will develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth initiatives. The position includes managing key accounting activities such as general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight, and cost control measures.

Reporting, Analysis, and Executive Insights

The role includes preparing detailed financial reports, interpreting financial statements, and communicating insights to executive leadership to support informed decision-making. Responsibilities also cover budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and the development of financial projection models to anticipate future performance.

Compliance and Accounting Standards

Ensuring compliance is central to the position. The Financial Manager will adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. The role also includes accurate regulatory reporting and adherence to governmental accounting standards for non-profit or public sector entities, as applicable.

Risk, Treasury, and Liquidity Management

The Financial Manager will lead risk analysis by evaluating financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies, while overseeing risk management practices across the organization. Treasury management responsibilities include cash flow analysis, investment management oversight, and managing banking relationships to optimize liquidity.

Team Leadership

The role includes supervising finance team members and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement in financial management practices.

Data Analytics and Financial Modeling

The Financial Manager will use data analytics tools and advanced Excel data analysis techniques to enhance financial operations and support strategic initiatives. The role also requires technical proficiency in building comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term planning.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with accounting systems, financial software, and technical accounting practices, including accrual accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations including GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606, and governmental accounting standards.
• Proven capability in financial analysis, cost accounting, profit and loss management, and budget development.
• Expertise in financial report writing, interpretation of complex financial data, and presenting information to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams with emphasis on strategic management and professional development.
• Proficiency in risk analysis, compliance management, fiscal management, and cost control strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment management, and revenue management practices.
• Technical proficiency with data analytics tools such as advanced Excel functions or specialized financial modeling software.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for long-term planning.

Compensation and Location

Location: Remote (remote).
Salary: USD 97,689 to USD 141,518 per year.
