Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Management

Onsite role supporting financial planning and management within Deloitte Global Finance, based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and expense control with a focus on value creation and driving efficiency.
• Collaborate with offshore resources to produce deliverables for Executive Leadership.
• Provide insights and guidance aimed at delivering exceptional client service.
• Leverage strong organization and meticulous attention to detail to respond promptly to leadership ad hoc requests.
• Work with the Global Finance team, leaders, and Deloitte firms on ad hoc projects and analysis, including C-suite initiatives, gathering input, and developing recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support team-building through learning initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, networking events, and activities that broaden our global footprint and strengthen the Deloitte Global Finance brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, establish trust, identify needs, tailor solutions, and motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities.
• Proficiency in presenting ideas and solutions to Senior Executives in a clear, logical manner.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and quantitative skills with advanced attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively within a larger team to achieve goals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with judgment aligned to organizational objectives and strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial activities, including investment and expense oversight.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation and storyboarding.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proactive, results-oriented team player committed to building a high-performance team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic environment with competing priorities and stringent deadlines.
