Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Management

Senior Analyst in Deloitte Global Finance focused on directing financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and expense control, with collaboration across offshore resources and executive leadership to drive value and efficiency; supports ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives with insights and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and expense control to add value and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with offshore resources to create deliverables for Executive Leadership.
• Provide insights and guidance aimed at delivering superior client service.
• Utilize strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to promptly respond to leadership ad hoc requests.
• Work closely with the Global Finance team, leaders, and Deloitte firms on ad hoc projects and analysis, including C-suite initiatives, soliciting input and direction, and developing recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support team-building and knowledge-sharing through learning initiatives, networking events, and activities to expand Deloitte Global Finance's footprint.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial activities, including investment and expense oversight

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment with competing priorities and stringent deadlines
