Job Description
Bank of America invites aspiring financial professionals to join its Advisor Development Program as a Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This onsite program blends securities licensing study with hands-on client advisory training within Wealth Management, offering a clear pathway to Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor and core Merrill Financial Advisor roles.

Compensation
Hourly: $29 – $34
Experience & Education
Minimum 1 year of experience; Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses with dedicated study time for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams
- Build foundational advisory skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and guidance for clients with complex financial needs, while emphasizing human-centered financial interactions
- Start in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care
- Upon reaching key milestones, transition to the next stage of ADP as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) by moving to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and begin cultivating a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
