Job Description
Entry-level Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I at Bank of America in San Francisco, CA on site, with an hourly range of USD 28 to 33. The position focuses on obtaining securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and developing client relationships to deliver banking and investment solutions, combining hands-on training with a pathway to Stage II and Academy-driven advancement within a financial-center setting.
Responsibilities
- Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through tailored instruction.
- Develop and manage client relationships, assess a client’s complex financial picture, and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial goals with a human-centered approach.
- Begin in a financial center contributing to Bank of America’s core banking services, investment solutions, and client-care approach.
- Progress through development stages with access to training and resources provided.
- Advance from Stage I to Stage II by delivering results and expanding relationships within a client portfolio.
- The Academy offers ongoing programs, tools, and resources to support your career journey.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Proven ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on the client’s interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
