Job Description
Entry-level Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate role at Bank of America, onsite in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA, offering $29 to $34 per hour and requiring SAFE Act registration.
Responsibilities
- Begin by earning Securities Industry licenses through a structured program covering SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 examinations.
- After licensing, develop core advisory skills by acquiring, building and managing client relationships, evaluating a client’s financial picture, and guiding with personalized advice and solutions in a human-centered manner.
- Transition to a financial center to deliver core banking services, investment solutions, and client care in alignment with the firm’s approach.
- Upon achieving Stage I milestones, progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to continue growing and deepening relationships within a client portfolio.
- This role requires SAFE Act registration; completion of the registration process and related background checks is required.
Requirements
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Self-discipline in managing time and workload.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Proven ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results-oriented mindset with a client-first focus in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients reach their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions from Bank of America and Merrill to meet most of their financial needs.
