Finance & Business Management Associate role at JPMorganChase in New York, NY (onsite), focusing on partnering with JPMA leadership and finance teams to develop and monitor advisor performance, manage budgeting, and provide strategic analytical support across Regions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, control, home office and field teams to design and implement initiatives that underpin the line of business strategic goals
• Develop and enhance reporting for field leadership to monitor advisor and channel performance
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape and translate industry insights into performance metrics aligned with the firm’s strategy
• Provide strategic analytics support for the JPMA home office and field organization, planning and evaluating each Region’s performance from multiple perspectives
• Review and monitor channel expenses to ensure alignment with the budget
• Assist in preparing business review materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant financial services experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with C-suite and field personnel
• Ability to work independently and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to Field, Finance and Executive Management audiences
• Solid understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activities
• Strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple, changing project deliverables simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau preferred
