Responsibilities

• Support teammates and the bank's goals while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Develop a book of business and present personalized investment solutions guided by relationship-building and leadership, with a primary focus on relationship management rather than portfolio management
• Maintain a strong grasp of financial markets and exercise sound business judgment
• Demonstrate unwavering integrity and act in the best interests of clients
• Educate clients on available digital tools and channels to monitor, maintain, and manage their investments
• Provide holistic financial coaching that extends beyond investments to meet broader client needs
• Embrace digital innovations to increase client confidence and enable convenient banking across channels

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
• Proven success in client acquisition, relationship cultivation, and collaboration with key partners
• Demonstrated commitment to goals-based planning and advice
• Active Series 7 license
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required or must be obtained within 60 days of start as a condition of employment
• Active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license required or must be obtained within 60 days of start as a condition of employment

About the Team

The Consumer & Community Banking division serves Chase customers with a broad suite of financial services. J.P. Morgan Wealth Management within this group delivers options from self-directed and automated investing to full-service advisor relationships, helping clients pursue their financial goals across a wide range of products and services.
