Job Description

Role based in Wilmington, DE, supporting Card Finance Analytics with P&L forecasting and marketing decision analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear business cases that articulate the rationale, expected costs, benefits, and risks of current card marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and refresh P&L forecasts to inform strategic planning and investment choices.
  • Monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics to extract learnings and shape future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Data & Analytics, Test Design, Targeting, Campaign Execution, and Risk to formulate optimization recommendations across channels that maximize revenue and enhance internal and external customer experience.
  • Work with team members to identify opportunities to automate core analytic processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
  • Prepare and present materials for senior leaders that articulate investment objectives and financial impact, at both portfolio and initiative levels.
  • Oversee daily deliverables across multiple workstreams and escalate risks or timing conflicts as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years in an analytical, finance, or business-focused role
  • Solid understanding of P&L concepts and financial modeling techniques (for example ROI and NPV)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with detailed data tables to derive segment-level insights
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
